Posizione, vista dalla terrazza

Divano letto molto scomodo, scale ripide e disposizione su tanti piani, poca pulizia

posizione eccezzionale sulla via centrale a 50 mt dal duomo di Cefalù...bellissimo host gentilissimo ci ha portato i bagagli dato che alloggio si trova in zona ZT

praticamente c'e una stanza per piano...quindi molte scale ma è la sua caratteristica

La parte più bella della struttura è la terrazza che domina la via principale di Cefalù, la climatizzazione è presente in ogni stanza, la camera da letto e il bagno sono confortevoli.

Il divano letto è estremamente scomodo, purtroppo le lenzuola erano sporche, il padrone di casa ce ne ha portato un altro paio, ma ce le siamo dovute cambiare da sole. La presenza delle scale rende tutto un po’ più difficoltoso. La cucina è sprovvista di tutto, in caso di soggiorni più lunghi bisogna fare la spesa, mancavano anche stracci o asciugamani per la cucina, c’era solo il sapone per i piatti. Mancanza anche dell’asciugamano per il bidet, c’erano solo quello per il viso e quello per la doccia. Il padrone di casa non si è mai presentato, molto assente e abbastanza sbrigativo, non risponde ai messaggi su Booking.

The location was perfect for our week in Cefalu! The apartment was an easy 15 minute walk from the station, and 5 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach. As mentioned by others, there are 3 levels but the view from the terrace is worth the climb. We cooked most of our meals, and enjoyed the best sunset in Cefalu from the terrace. The kitchen was well equipped, and a supermarket was a 10-15 minute walk.

Nothing, we would happily return for another relaxing week in Cefalu.

The location was perfect in the middle of the old town. Lots of surrounding restaurants. Cathedral and square only 200 mt away and the beautiful sandy beach only 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment is across 3 floors. First floor living room and study and 2 balconies, second floor bedroom and bathroom, thirs floir kitcen abd an amazing terrace with views to the sea- gorgeous sunsets. Lots if stairs but you get used to them.The apartment was well equiped with everything you need. Kitchen has a small amount of staples abs plenty if cookware abd crockery. Also has airfryer, microwave, full size stove, big fridge and a washing machine. Perfect for self catering if staying a while. Large supermarket 15 minute walk. Had a wonderful 5 days here. Landlord Andrea was easy to contact and replied quickly. We had the most wonderful time here.

Great location with a lovely balcony and view and only a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful beach and cathedral. We loved our stay and would stay again. It’s on 3 levels the first floor lounge has sofa beds, the 2nd floor a separate double bedroom and the top floor kitchen and balcony. It was reasonably easy to find and we were able to check in early. The communication with Andrea and Guido was very good.

We liked everything really but a few things that could be improved and/or could matter to some people: The wardrobe was small and short so unable to hang longer clothes. Not much room around the bed. Lots of stairs. One loose and broken tile at beginning of stair from 2nd to top. Loose toilet seat that moved. Reasonably priced restaurant recommended seemed very expensive to us so be wary of high season prices.

The location of the apartment is perfect in the historical city center, with the seashore 3 min away by feet, and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the terrace is great. The hosts are the most welcoming and responsive and easy to communicate. Andrea was nice to talk to and helped us with the check-in and accommodating. The apartment has all the listed amenities and was spacious enough for our family of 3. Would definitely recommend it.

Stairs are not a real downside for us but should be minded for people with limited movement abilities.

We loved this property it is has three levels with the top floor having the kitchen and a beautiful terrace with fantastic views to the water and looking over the beautiful cobble streets. Comfortable and clean. It is situated on a small plaza with a cute church and great coffee shop! Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic apartment perfectly located in old Cefalu. Plenty of space and comfortable terrace with charming views. Everything you could need and very responsive and pleasant host.

Property is excellent. Nothing wrong but you should expect lots of steps.
